It is a very beautiful and creative project which counts with 4000 square meters plot, main house to refurbish, a new built guest-house and swimming pool, detached garage for three cars and GYM or office.

The renovation is going to have a rustic style, similar to the neighbouring house, called Las Brisas which was our previous refurbishment project in Finca Las Viñasurbanization. So here you´ll find white sand paths, olive trees, Montgo stones, solid wood gates, pergola and many more stylish details.

The new layout of a main house will feature two bedrooms, a library, an open-plan living room, kitchen, and a large terrace with wooden pergola.

We are planning to use the details which reflects a spirit of this Mediterranean zone as for example small blue and white Valencian tile on the kitchen floor or staircase with clay elements etc.

To take advantage of the space on the plot we are going to build a separate guest house with a suite for visitors, a detached garage that can accommodate three cars, a gym to maintain an active lifestyle, a swimming pool, and a covered barbecue area for hosting gatherings with family and friends.

This project is a fusion of remarkable renovation with modern new build arquitect ideas.
