Riccardo has extensive experience managing and controlling technical details and executing works, mixing these abilities with graphic and design skills. He proficiently speaks English, Italian, and Spanish. His technical knowledge and passion for his job guarantee an excellent service in putting together customer needs and construction site requirements.

Account manager – Kateryna manages the client relationship from sale through project completion and ongoing support. Highly qualified, speaks English, Spanish, Ukrainian, French and Russian. Has a great experience in dealing with resolution of matters that deserve quick and professional response. Works closely with the department of protocols and contracts, in close collaboration with the head executive of Agaron.

Pedro Duro graduated in Technical Architecture from the Polytechnic University of Madrid with collegiate number 4053, from COAATIE (College of Technical Architects of Alicante). Pedro is a Technical Architect, surveyor, energy certifier. Expert in execution and management of residential and luxury housing construction works, renovation, and rehabilitation works.

The architects María García Vallcanera and Málek Murad Mateu direct MURAD GARCIA, a study of recognized prestige, with works both in Spain and abroad, whose main objective is to create the best architecture for its clients.

It consists of a multidisciplinary team, fully focused on carrying out reference projects of a diverse nature, this time dealing with the fantastic homes in Las Lomas del Rey de Jávea. There are several types adaptable to different needs, all of them of an exceptional beauty and program.

Murad García’s main tools are knowledge and creativity, backed by extensive experience in the design of unique and customizable homes.

Architect by the University of Alicante, one of the head architects of Agaron Studio, has a great experience in the design of Luxury Villas here in the coast, speaks fluent English and is backed up by a high preforming team of professionals, has great communication skills with foreign clients.

Salvador joined Agaron Studio some time ago to satisfy the new vision of design and creativity that is applied to all our projects, has a great understanding of design, exterior and interior, specialized in rendering and Infograph for clients, also surveys and controls budgets, materials and client communication, liases with Architects and technical staff members.

Pilar Aguilera Devesa, is our Interior Design consultant, although she studied Law and Business Administration, her passion and vocation for decoration and interior design led her to study this subject, once she finished her studies, without wasting a minute she put her knowledge at the disposal of a decoration and design company, once she finished her stage there we have been able to reach an agreement with her to design the interiors of our houses with a Mediterranean style, not overloaded and very focused on the essences of our culture and way of life.

Demetrio Mosquera graduated in Technical Architecture from the Polytechnic University of Valencia with collegiate number 4547, from COAATIE (College of Technical Architects of Alicante). Demetrio has extensive experience in managing and controlling the execution of works, both new construction, and comprehensive reforms. His work methodology guarantees exhaustive monitoring and control that allows optimizing resources and delivery dates.

Responsible for the logistics, team mediator and organizational skills on the building site, great experience on building skills with substantial specific courses on various construction matters including Isolation and quality control surveyance. Has been in construction for over 20 years. Takes care of the direct issues and matters on site related to materials and staff assisting the team leader in their task.

Team leader of the construction staff on site, responsible for the executive construction development on site, control and supervision, survey and team organization, has been in the construction work for over 35 years, great experience on hand crafts and high practical developed skills, has accomplished major courses of capacitation for building activities and leadership.
