LETTER FROM THE GENERAL MANAGER OF AGARON STUDIO

As you are visiting our web site and you are probably looking and sourcing for a builder and developer let me welcome you to our company and team.

Dedicated to this task for nearly 40 years, we´ve built our first villa here in Javea back then. Our grandparents discovered Javea in the 60s when this place was still to be unfolded, since then we all decided to stay and make our life here in this Paradise.

We are extraordinarily proud of our town and over the years we have been able to contribute substantially to the growth and development of the Javea that you are now choosing to come and live, to buy, refurbish or build your new house, your new home.

Building a house, developing an Estate or creating infrastructure private or civil is a complicated matter and work that needs compromise, know-how, teamwork and communication. We have been involved in many projects, we have obtained by experience a perfect know-how.

That is our mission to design and build homes.

We have been able to master our teams, great hand workers, technicians and managers that are involved in the task of finally converting building materials in homes, houses with soul. They all are well trained, they know by heart their job, they have fantastic skills and they are in permanent ongoing training to master the work, if I may say, we have been able over the years to master a big and strong construction family where every single member despite their task and work are proud to develop their job.

It’s a privilege to live here, it’s a gift that we appreciate every single day. To enjoy life is a must, is a priority and we do that by building homes not houses; bricks, concrete, tiles, walls and floors become alive. So in a way we have the great responsibility to work in the people’s future, where a lot of happy and unforgettable moments will happen, where families and friends will create these moments that will last.

For us it is an accomplishment to see how an idea finally becomes a home, where clients that become friends find comfort and happiness.

Our promotions

Las Lomas Del Rey was born as a project back in 2007. It took us over 14 years to develop the area, create the appropriate infrastructure up to modern standards and therefore convert an undeveloped area into a very beautiful Estate with 1000sqm plots, thoughtful areas, well-studied spaces with the living philosophy of this place and adapted to needs and preferences of our clients.

Happy with the outcome we are now working on building our new villas, projects with high standards of quality, respecting the latest building regulations on safety, isolation, efficiency, sustainability and comfort. Natural stone walls hand crafted by our trained team (generations of knowledge passed from fathers to sons), wood and soft surfaces for interiors reflect the true spirit of the Mediterranean.

Las Lomas Del Rey has a fantastic highlight to it – the sunsets and impressive view to the Montgo mountain that is as paramount to Javea as a unique seal. Just a few minutes away from the Arenal Beach area with its shops and restaurants, the International British School, urbanization has become a fantastic location to live. On the back of the Estate we are surrounded by the natural park as part of the green area in Javea that covers virtually from Benitachell town to the Granadella Beach, 750 hectares of green next to Las Lomas del Rey, just amazing.

Welcome to “FINCA LAS VIÑAS” a charming Estate next to LAS LADERAS which was our first development in this area. It’s nestled in the beautiful area of Cansalades, just 3.7km away from the Beach area and the Arenal. This exclusive Estate features 8 designed single family Villas projects (two of them already finalized and completed), spacious plots of 1500 sqm with south orientation in the heart of the Estate. One of the projects ahead “LA MASIA DE CANSALADES” on a 4000 sqm plot with an 800 sqm build will host one of the Crown Jewels of the Estate.

The Estate also hosts the new Xabia International College, recently built and offering a prestigious and well recognized International education, on an area that covers over 12000 sqm.
